Sign in to Microsoft 365, go to your OneDrive library or team site, and then click (or tap) the name of a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, or PDF document. The document opens in your browser, in Office for the web. Office for the web also opens Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF attachments in Outlook Web App.

If you see a security warning when you open a document or try to run a macro, you can choose to make it a trusted document and enable macros. This example is on an Excel workbook. Select Enable Content. In the Security Warning dialog, select Yes to make the document trusted.

How to resolve "Microsoft has blocked macros" Close the workbook containing the blocked macro. In File Explorer, browser to the location where the workbook is saved. Right-click the file, and select Properties from the context menu. In the Properties dialog box, check the Unblock box, and then click OK.

How to Enable Macros in a Single Excel File Go to the file location of the Excel file. Right-click and select Properties. Select the Unblock checkbox at the bottom of the General tab in Properties, then select OK.

Open the file from the publisher. Select the File tab and go to Info. In the Security Warning area, click Enable Content > Advanced Options. In Microsoft Office Security Options, click Trust all documents from this publisher.
