Your transcript should include the following information: Your first and last name. The name of your school. Your current GPA. All terms you attended school with the course names/codes and grades as well as total credits/hours earned.

If you are sending your transcript by mail, you can choose to send it by expedited delivery (we use FedEx Expedited Delivery). This means that once your school uploads your transcript to Parchment, it will be delivered within two business day (as long as we receive the transcript by 2pm Mountain Standard Time*).

Senders log on to their ETX secure account, upload the transcript file(s), and use the recipient's unique ETX ID when sending files via ETX.

Parchment sends transcripts to receiving institutions when schools approve the order and upload the transcript records to Parchment. Parchment notifies the student, via email, as soon as the school has made the student's records available to Parchment. Parchment sends the electronic transcript immediately.

Delivery Method: Paper ? As with the ?Myself? tab, you can have your transcript delivered in a sealed envelope to any physical address worldwide. ? To change the delivery method (i.e. from electronic to paper), click the ?edit delivery information? link.

Delivery Type Electronic credentials are delivered as soon as the sending institution processes the request, often within one business day. Printed Transcript requests will typically be mailed within 1 business day. Processing time for printed diplomas is 7-21 business days.
