Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.

Obtain an electronic version of your transcript or scan a copy of your transcript. Scan your transcript at the lowest resolution that will result in a legible document (we recommend 200 dpi or less). Scanning documents in color is not necessary. For best results, scan in gray scale or black and white.

You can order your Alberta high school transcripts online at mypass.alberta.ca. The $10 order fee is paid by credit card.

If your institution isn't able to send a hard copy of the document, they can email an electronic copy to transcripts@ualberta.ca. The document must be sent from the issuing institution's email address, documents sent by students will not be accepted.

Go to myPass.alberta.ca. Set up an Education Account or sign in with social login. Enter your Alberta Student Number (shown on all Alberta Education correspondence or available from your school) and date of birth. You will be sent two things - an email with a web address, and a physical letter with a 4-digit PIN.

If you apply through ApplyAlberta, your Alberta high school transcripts and any transcripts from member post-secondary institutions (if you already have taken post-secondary classes) are automatically ordered for you. If you apply directly with an institution, you will need to order your own transcripts.

International students can use the online application portal of the university to upload their transcripts. As a part of the international student application, you will be provided with the option to submit your transcripts online.
