The e-ticket is an electronic ticket offered when the venue is equiped with electronic access control. Unlike the traditional ticket, the e-ticket is a ticket that can be printed at home in color or black and white from your printer connected to your computer.

Scan the e-ticket barcode to open the gate. Hold the barcode in front of the card reader of the gate on your righthand side. This will open the gate. You will hear a single beep.

In most cases, you do not need a hard copy of your flight ticket. Sign into your My Account. Select your order in My Events. Tap Ticket Details on each of your tickets.

If you prefer, 24 hours before your flight, you can check-in online using your confirmation or ticket number from your e-ticket receipt on the airline's official website, and if you choose, print your boarding passes, send scannable copies to your smartphone, or both.

Besides providing itinerary details, an e-ticket itinerary receipt also contains: An official ticket number (including the airline's 3-digit ticketing code, a 4-digit form number, a 6-digit serial number, and sometimes a check digit)

If you cannot find your e-Ticket number, you can reach out to the airline directly or contact the travel agency through which you made the booking. Or, you can visit the airline's website and go to the section labeled ?Manage Booking? or ?My Trips?.

The e-ticket receipt often looks similar to an old-style paper ticket but doesn't need to be presented at the check-in counter on the day of your flight (although we suggest you have it with you, just in case as it serves as proof that your ticket was issued).
