1. Go to Inventory >> Purchase Order. 2. Click on the Action button against a PO to view the following options such as View, Edit, Delete and more.

A PO line cannot be deleted if: It is linked to an invoice line. It is attached to a PO and has been sent to a vendor (if the PO has not been sent, the PO line can be removed from the PO and then deleted).

Go to menu Vendors > Vendor Center. Toggle the Transaction tab of left panel, find the Purchase Order and edit it. Create a PDF copy of it and send your revised PO to the vendor.

A new revision is created by resending a PO to a supplier or if changes are marked as a revision. The revision number for a PO is displayed in PO History. Indicate in the Change Request Form what changes you require, and make a reference to the PO number that needs to be changed.

Purchase Order Amendment means the duly authorized amendment issued in writing to the SUPPLIER by the PURCHASER to amend the PURCHASE ORDER.

If a PO number is generated but the complete button is not yet clicked, go to the Document Information tab and click Record, Remove twice. This will remove (delete) the PO data.
