Purchase Order Hide Calculated Field For Free

You block a purchase order item to prevent a goods receipt involving the relevant material. You can also block those items for which goods or an invoice have/has already been received.

A purchase order can be deleted if it is no longer required, as long as no inventory has been received, it has not been marked as paid and it has not been marked as invoiced.

To block a vendor Choose the. icon, enter Vendors, and then choose the related link. Select the vendor that you want to block. In the Blocked field, choose one of the options for blocking.

A PO line cannot be deleted if: It is attached to a PO and has been sent to a vendor (if the PO has not been sent, the PO line can be removed from the PO and then deleted). It is the only POL in a PO, and one of the PO line resources was received or activated (even if the PO line is in review)

Select the purchase order where you want to cancel an item and click Edit. Go to the Items tab. Select the item that you want to cancel and click Cancel Item. You can also cancel all items of a purchase order at once by clicking Cancel Purchase Order.
