Plan Comment Notification For Free

You must go to Planner for online, choose Settings, then choose Notifications under Planner to enable the Planner assignment notifications in Teams. Microsoft Teams' Tasks app offers notifications for Planner tasks, which appear in your Teams activity feed on both your desktop and Teams' mobile application.

Your plan's Microsoft 365 Group. In Outlook, select the three dots next to your plan's name, and then choose Conversation. From there, you can see comments for all of the plan's tasks in Outlook on the web.

Click on "Create from blank" and select "When a new task is added in Planner" or "When a task is completed in Planner" as the trigger. Select "Send a Teams message" as the action. Plan (Group) Notifications Once in the plan, click three dots > Plan settings. Click the Notifications tab, then check the box next to Send email to the group when a task is assigned or completed. Then click Save. This is what the group email will look like (delivered to the Microsoft 365 Group Inbox).

Anytime someone leaves a comment on the Task, an email is sent to the Microsoft 365 Group Inbox. There is no way to disable those emails. However, the user may choose to receive or stop receiving those emails in their Inbox by adjusting the settings in Outlook.

Select the 3 dots (. . .) to the right of the plan name, and then select Plan settings. In the Plan settings dialog box, select group settings. Under Manage group email, select or clear Don't receive any group messages, then choose Save.
