Start this process by contacting your school's Registrar's Office. Ask them if consent is required and if they offer an electronic process. If they do not accept electronic consent, you will have to either hand deliver or mail one and the request itself to the Registrar's Office.

This ID is located in the SHP CAS on-screen instructions when ordering electronic transcripts and below the barcode on the Transcript ID Form issued to you by SHP CAS (the barcode is located in the upper right corner of this form).

Once the transcript is approved and uploaded we will send the transcript within 1 business day.

Students are assigned a CAS number by the university to which they are applying. In this context, the college or university you enroll in is also the immigration sponsor, or the person issuing you your CAS number.

Delivery Type Electronic credentials are delivered as soon as the sending institution processes the request, often within one business day. Printed Transcript requests will typically be mailed within 1 business day. Processing time for printed diplomas is 7-21 business days.

You place your order on Parchment.com. Your institution reviews and approves your order. We send your transcript to its destination. You cannot send other admissions documents with your transcript through Parchment.
