The app that is being discontinued is a standalone application that only offers users access to their Informed Delivery information.

USPS Informed Delivery only shows the exterior of your mail USPS Informed Delivery subscribers receive emails with a low-resolution, gray-scale digital image of only up to 10 pieces of mail a day. USPS Informed Delivery doesn't show customers all of their mail. Some letters arrive without ever showing up as a preview.

Informed Delivery is a free and optional notification feature that gives residential, business and eligible PO Box? consumers the ability to digitally preview their letter-sized mail and manage their packages scheduled to arrive soon.

Luckily for you, a free tool from the US Postal Service can help you track mail at both your new and old homes. Informed Delivery sends you digital previews of your mail before it arrives, letting your know what's coming and when. It's available to almost all residential Postal Service customers.

Informed Delivery is a free service from USPS that shows you preview images of incoming mail, as well as status updates about your incoming and outbound packages. You can see those notifications in a morning Daily Digest email, or at any time via the dashboard from your phone, computer, or the USPS Mobile® app.

If you already have a USPS.com® account: Go to your account preferences, scroll to the Informed Delivery section, and opt in to Informed Delivery. If you do not have a USPS.com account: Go to the Informed Delivery page and click the sign up link. Enter your address to check if it's eligible for Informed Delivery.
