You can order either a hard copy or electronic copy of your complete academic transcript via Parchment for a fee of $5.00 per transcript. Current and former students may order transcripts 24/7 through this encrypted and secure process.

All campuses require submission of a final high school transcript showing date of graduation. In the absence of final high school transcripts, which indicate the date of graduation, offers of admission, schedules of classes, financial aid awards, and/or housing contracts may be subject to cancellation.

Go to Parchment.com and click Sign up. Then follow the onscreen instructions. If you get an error telling you that a valid password is required, make sure your password is at least 8 characters long and contains both letters and numbers.

Transcript and other student and confidential data as well as reports can only be accessed by entering a valid username/password combination and being authenticated. Unauthorized attempts are detected and entry to the system is blocked.

*An ?Initial? HS Transcript reflects all attempted HS coursework & grades through grade 11, as well as 12th grade courses in progress (IP). An Initial HS Transcript is what most students apply to college with.

Printed transcripts do not need to be kept in a sealed envelope. Opened transcripts are accepted so long as they follow the guidance listed here. Transcripts must be issued from a regionally-accredited college or university.
