3/2023 dated 28.03. 2023 has clarified the consequences of failure to link PAN with the Aadhaar in ance with the new substituted Rule 114AAA notified by Notification No. 15/2023 dated 28.03. 2023 shall take effect from 1st July 2023 and shall remain in force till the PAN becomes operative.
