In Review. When someone leaves a review for a candidate in New status for a job, SmartRecruiters will change their status on the job to In Review. They'll stay in In Review status until someone schedules an interview or manually moves them to another status.

Candidates can modify the information on the SmartProfile by clicking on Menu -> My SmartProfile. Candidates also have the ability to Export to PDF. In this view, candidates can edit, add, or delete the experience, education, and personal information after applying to a job.

Any SmartRecruiters user who has full access to a candidate's application (e.g., users with a Hiring Manager, Executive, or Recruiter role on the job's hiring team) can edit the source of a candidate's application. If you have one of these roles, you can edit the candidate's source on their application.

Delete the job Open the More menu, and choose Cancel job. Click Cancel job to confirm that it should be unpublished from all locations. Open the More list again, and click Delete.

Rejecting someone in SmartRecruiters move them to Rejected status for that specific application. To simply reject the candidate without notifying them, choose a reason from the list, and click Reject. The rejection will take effect immediately, and the candidate will see the update in their Candidate Portal.
