Finalized tax information is available after your tax return has been received and processed by the IRS. If you file electronically, your information will be available about 3 weeks after filing. If you file by mail, your information will be available about 6 weeks after filing.

If you file a complete and accurate paper tax return, your refund should be issued in about six to eight weeks from the date IRS receives your return. If you file your return electronically, your refund should be issued in less than three weeks, even faster when you choose direct deposit.

That is a TurboTax message and not from the IRS. There are forms and schedules on your tax return that have not yet been finalized for e-filing. If you click on the Review tab and go through the interview there will be a screen showing the forms and schedules and the dates they will be available.

An IP PIN is not the same thing as a taxpayer identification number, such as a Social Security Number, individual taxpayer ID, or an Adoption Taxpayer Identification Number (ATIN). To get an IP PIN that is lost, forgotten, or never arrived in a CP01A Notice, use the IP PIN request portal at IRS.gov.

If you are receiving a tax refund, check its status using the IRS Where's My Refund tool. You can view the status of your refund for the past 3 tax years. If you owe money or are receiving a refund, you can check your return status by signing in to view your IRS online account information.
