Civil and criminal case transcripts may be ordered by contacting the individual court recorder/reporter present for the applicable hearing and making financial arrangements. Review the appropriate day's minutes on the Internet via CM/ECF PACER to determine the court reporter/recorder present.

You can get copies of a court order, decree, judgment, or other records filed in your case from the court where the case was filed. You can ask for a copy in person, by mail, and, in many courts, online. There is generally a fee to get a copy of a record unless you have a fee waiver.

Once your return is assigned a processing batch (per cycle code) your transcript will populate and be available over night and a refund direct deposit date if processing is normal. If your return has errors or adjustments (e.g code 570 or TC 898 on your transcript) processing can take longer.
