Compile Fax Transcript For Free

Yes! Every homeschooled high school student needs a transcript?a concise official record of their high school coursework, summarizing their academic abilities at a glance. Transcripts aren't just for college anymore.

It includes your enrollment history, grades that you got, credits earned and attempted and average of grade-point. The classes would be arranged in chronological format by the enrollment semester or the quarter. The grade-point average may be given individually for each quarter, but total cumulative average is given.

Your transcript should include the following information: Your first and last name. The name of your school. Your current GPA. All terms you attended school with the course names/codes and grades as well as total credits/hours earned.

A homeschool transcript looks like any other high schooler's transcript. Ideally, it's a one page document that lists course names, grades, credits, and GPA. Testing may or may not be included. Activities and awards should not be.

The transcript should include: Student and school information. Courses taken, credits earned, and grades received. Total credits and GPA. The graduation date. A grading scale. A signature and date.

Transcripts you send to colleges should: State that they are official transcripts (and if they are final, state that as well) Show the grade point average based on grades and weighted credits (this is automatically calculated in our free homeschool transcript spreadsheet template) Be free of spelling/grammar errors.

Your transcript should include page numbers, a title, and the date. It's also a good idea to include an abbreviated version of the title and date in a header or footer on the page. You also need to identify the different voices on the recording. You can use the first letter of each person's name or a nickname.

Once your transcript request is received in our office, the transcript will be faxed to the fax number indicated on your order. Please note: Faxing transcripts is an insecure method of delivery as one is uncertain who is ultimately receiving the fax. Faxed transcripts are always considered unofficial transcripts.

You can't personally provide the transcript because it must be an official transcript received directly from your high school. If a college does accept unofficial transcripts, you can request one from your guidance counselor and send it yourself.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT And it's fine to send transcripts even before you submit an application! However, before your transcript is actually sent, check it thoroughly to be certain that everything is as it should be: classes, grades, and credits, service hours, if they're recorded, and SAT/ACT scores.
