A Transcript of Record (ToR) is merely another name for a Transcript or Academic Transcript.

Your transcript should include page numbers, a title, and the date. It's also a good idea to include an abbreviated version of the title and date in a header or footer on the page. You also need to identify the different voices on the recording. You can use the first letter of each person's name or a nickname.

Continuing education courses are rated ?S?, Satisfactory or ?NC?, No Credit. ?S? is not included in grade point average (GPA) calculation.

Grades of S and U do not impact the GPA. A grade of S will result in credit for the course, but it will not be used in the calculation of the GPA. A grade of U will reflect attempted credit that was not earned in the course, but it will also not affect the GPA.

Class rank can be a useful consideration for admissions officers. GPA does not exist in a vacuum, and class rank puts your child's grades in context. For example, it matters to admissions officers whether your child took advantage of the opportunities they were given.
