Wyoming EC VSR 10. Order Setting Trial and Requiring Pretrial Statements is a court form used in Wyoming court proceedings. It is an order issued by a presiding judge to set a trial date and require the parties involved in the case to file a pretrial statement. The pretrial statement includes parties’ positions on the case; their expectations for the trial; and any other relevant information pertaining to the case. This form is used in all types of civil and criminal court proceedings in Wyoming. There are two types of Wyoming EC VSR 10. Order Setting Trial and Requiring Pretrial Statements: one for civil cases and one for criminal cases.
