Washington Notification to Court of Respondent's New School (NTSC) is a type of legal document used to notify a court that a party involved in a case has changed schools. This document is used by the party's attorney when the party has been enrolled in a new school in the state of Washington. There are two types of Washington Notification to Court of Respondent's New School (NTSC): the Initial Notification and the Updated Notification. The Initial Notification is used when the party first enrolls in the new school, and provides the court with the name and location of the school, the name of the party, and the date of enrollment. The Updated Notification is used when the party changes school or when the party's enrollment status changes. It provides the court with the same information as the initial notification, along with the date of the change.
