There are two types of Obstruction of Justice: Omnibus Clause: general obstruction and specific obstruction. Specific obstruction applies to activities which are specifically prohibited by law. Examples of specific obstruction include tampering with a jury, intimidating a witness, and obstructing a police investigation.
