There are three types of Receipt, Possession or Sale of Stolen Property: receiving stolen property, possession of stolen property, and sale of stolen property. Receiving stolen property is when a person takes, buys, receives, or aids in the concealment of stolen property, knowing it to have been stolen or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen.
