The Oregon Notice of Change of Address (6E) is a form used to update a voter’s address information with Oregon’s Secretary of State. This form is required for all registered Oregon voters who are changing their address within the state or moving out of the state. It can be filled out online, printed, and mailed in. There are two types of Oregon Notice of Change of Address (6E): Temporary and Permanent. The Temporary form is for those who are temporarily living outside the state, such as students or members of the military. The Permanent form is for those who are permanently changing their address, such as those who are permanently moving to another state.
