Oregon Articles of Amendment (Cooperative Corp) are documents that are filed with the Oregon Secretary of State when an existing Oregon Cooperative Corporation needs to make changes to its articles of incorporation. These changes can include updating the corporation's name, changing its purpose, increasing or decreasing the number of directors, changing the number of shares authorized to be issued, or making other changes to the corporation's internal structure. There are three types of Oregon Articles of Amendment (Cooperative Corp): Amendment of Articles of Incorporation, Amendment of Articles of Amendment, and Amendment of Articles of Merger. All three documents must be filed with the Oregon Secretary of State in order for the changes to be legally binding.
