Aggravated Witness Intimidation-Elements applies when the accused actually causes physical injury or death to the other person. Attempted Witness Intimidation-Elements applies when the accused attempts, but fails, to influence, threaten, or injure another person to prevent them from testifying or reporting a crime. Conspiracy to Commit Witness Intimidation-Elements applies when the accused conspires with another person to influence, threaten, or injure another person to prevent them from testifying or reporting a crime.
