A Nevada Certificate of Amendment (Other) is a document used to modify or amend an existing business entity or organization in the state of Nevada. It is filed with the Nevada Secretary of State to make changes to the original formation document, such as adding or deleting a member or manager, changing the business name, or changing the registered agent. There are three types of Nevada Certificate of Amendment (Other): Certificate of Amendment to LLC, Certificate of Amendment to Corporation, and Certificate of Amendment to Limited Partnership. Each type of Certificate of Amendment (Other) must include the name of the business entity, the original formation date, the amendment being made, the signature of an authorized representative, and the filing fee.
