Nevada Withdrawal of Mot and Req to Vacate Hog — Joint Notice is a legal document used to withdraw a motion and request to vacate a hearing in the state of Nevada. This document can be used to request the withdrawal of either a Motion to Vacate a Hearing, or a Request for Hearing on a Motion to Vacate, or both, from the court’s docket. It must be signed by both parties involved in the case before it can be filed. There are two types of Nevada Withdrawal of Mot and Req to Vacate Hog — Joint Notice: One is the Unopposed Joint Notice, which is used when both parties agree to the withdrawal of the motion and/or request. The other type is the Contested Joint Notice, which is used when one party objects to the withdrawal of the motion and/or request.
