A Nevada Subpoena is a court-ordered document issued by a judge or other court official in the state of Nevada. It requires a person or organization to provide documents, testimony, or other information that is pertinent to a legal proceeding. A Nevada Subpoena can be issued in civil or criminal cases, and may be either a subpoena duces tecum (requiring production of documents or other tangible evidence) or a subpoena ad testificandum (requiring testimony). There are several types of Nevada Subpoenas, including Subpoena for Personal Appearance, Subpoena for Records or Documents, Subpoena for Testimony, and Subpoena for Deposition.
