A Nevada Notice of Execution is a legal document issued by the court in Nevada that authorizes the execution of a judgment. It is a written order from a judge or court clerk instructing the sheriff or other law enforcement officer to collect on the judgment, which may include seizing the defendant's property, seizing bank accounts, garnishing wages, or putting a lien on real estate. There are two types of Notice of Execution in Nevada: a Notice of Writ of Execution and a Notice of Levy. A Notice of Writ of Execution is issued to the sheriff in order to collect the judgment amount from the debtor's personal property. A Notice of Levy is issued to a third party, such as a bank or employer, to collect the judgment amount from the debtor's assets held by the third party.
