New Jersey Matrimonial Law Attorney Certification Application — 2017 is an application process that allows attorneys to become certified in matrimonial law in New Jersey. Attorneys must fulfill certain educational and professional requirements in order to become certified. There are three types of New Jersey Matrimonial Law Attorney Certification Applications — 2017: Basic Certification, Advanced Certification, and Supervisory Certification. The Basic Certification requires attorneys to have at least four years of experience in matrimonial law, while the Advanced Certification requires at least eight years of experience. Supervisory Certification requires at least twelve years of experience and a special examination.
