The Nebraska Handgun Certificate Denial Or Revocation Appeal is a process used to challenge a decision made by the Nebraska State Patrol (NSW) to deny or revoke an individual's handgun certificate. This appeal process is available to any person who has been denied or had their handgun certificate revoked by the NSW. There are two types of Nebraska Handgun Certificate Denial Or Revocation Appeal: 1) Administrative Appeal — this is an appeathesisSP that is heard by an NSW Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). The ALJ will review the case and make a recommendation to the NSW's Chief of Police. 2) Judicial Appeal — this is an appeal to a court of law where the individual can present their case before a judge. The judge will then make a ruling on the case.
