Nebraska Domestic Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Domestic Non Profit Corp) refers to the process of changing the registered agent or office for a nonprofit corporation that is registered in the state of Nebraska. This change is necessary when an existing registered agent or office is no longer able to perform their duties, or if the nonprofit wishes to move to a new location or use a different registered agent. There are two types of Nebraska Domestic Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Domestic Non Profit Corp): Name Change and Address Change. In a Name Change, the nonprofit must submit a new Statement of Designation of Registered Office and Registered Agent with the Nebraska Secretary of State, indicating the new registered agent or office.
