Sec. 3372(a)(2)(A), 3373(d)(1)(B), (2), is a United States federal law enacted in 1900 that makes it illegal to import, export, transport, sell, receive, acquire or purchase fish, wildlife, or plants that have been illegally taken, possessed, transported, or sold in violation of any state, United States, or foreign law. This law is applicable to activities involving fish, wildlife, and plants taken from any state, the United States, or any foreign country.
