The Indiana Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case — Proof of Claim Deadline Set (For Individuals or Joint Debtors) is a notice issued to creditors of an individual or joint debtor who has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. This notice informs creditors that a deadline has been set for them to file a proof of claim with the bankruptcy court. This deadline is typically at least 90 days from the date the notice was issued. The notice will also inform creditors of the date of the debtor's 341 Meeting of Creditors, and the date by which any objections to the debtor's discharge must be filed.
