0 Fee Waiver Order

The Idaho 0 Fee Waiver Order is an order issued by the Idaho Supreme Court in which they waive certain court fees and costs for persons who cannot afford to pay them. This order is available to any person who meets the requirements of the Idaho Fee Waiver Statute, Idaho Code §31-3512. There are two types of Idaho 0 Fee Waiver Orders: the Idaho 0 Fee Waiver Order for Civil Matters and the Idaho 0 Fee Waiver Order for Criminal Matters. The Idaho 0 Fee Waiver for Civil Matters waives court costs and fees charged for filing a civil action, and the Idaho 0 Fee Waiver for Criminal Matters waives court costs and fees charged for a criminal action. Both orders must be approved by the judge before a person can be granted a fee waiver.
