Delaware Fee Application/Attachment B is a form submitted to the Delaware Division of Corporations when forming a business entity in Delaware. This form must be filled out and submitted along with the required filing fee in order to form a business in Delaware. The form is also known as the Delaware Business Entity Formation Fee Application. There are two types of Delaware Fee Application/Attachment B: one is for Limited Liability Companies (LCS), and the other is for Corporations.
