A waiver for Fire Department applicants to sign allowing the local Police Department on behalf of the Fire Department to run a comprehensive background check on the Applicant, wherein the Applicant releases the Fire Department and Police Department from claims and damages for any refusal to make any information related to the background check available. This waiver also waives the applicant's right to obtain or receive in any way a copy of any of the contents of the investigation of applicant.
