The report is typically used when the court visitor visits the person in their home, or in a facility, or when the visitor observes interactions between the person and their family or caretaker. The report can include details on the person's mental health, physical condition, and living conditions, as well as any services or resources the court visitor believes may help the person. The report may also contain recommendations for the court's consideration. There are two types of Alaska Court Visitor's Report — Short Form: the General Form and the Permanency Form.
