The Alaska Attorney Fees Billing Form (“Form”) is a document used by lawyers in Alaska to specify and document their attorney fees. The Form includes the name and contact information of both the attorney and the client, the date of the agreement, the amount of the fee, the payment terms, and the signature of both parties. There are three types of Alaska Attorney Fees Billing Form: Flat Fee, Hourly Rate, and Contingency Fee. The Flat Fee Form is used when the attorney charges a fixed fee for their services, regardless of the amount of hours worked. The Hourly Rate Form is used when the attorney charges a fee based on the number of hours worked on the job. The Contingency Fee Form is used when the attorney charges a fee based on the outcome of the case.
