The Texas Juvenile Subpoena — Delinquent Conduct is a legal document issued by the Texas Juvenile Courts which orders a person or organization to appear in court or produce documents, records, or other items relevant to a juvenile delinquency case. The Subpoena contains the name of the juvenile who is the subject of the delinquency case, the name of the court, the date and time of the hearing, and the address of the court. It is signed by a judge or magistrate. There are two main types of Texas Juvenile Subpoena — Delinquent Conduct.
