The Nebraska Uniform Request For Withdrawal From Broker Dealer Registration is a form that must be completed by any broker-dealer who wishes to withdraw their registration with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance. This form must be completed and submitted to the Department in order for the registration to be officially withdrawn. There are two types of Nebraska Uniform Request For Withdrawal From Broker Dealer Registration: a “Full Withdrawal” and a “Limited Withdrawal.” A Full Withdrawal is used when the broker-dealer wishes to completely relinquish their registration in Nebraska. A Limited Withdrawal is used when the broker-dealer wishes to only withdraw certain services or activities, but still maintain the registration in Nebraska. Both forms require the broker-dealer to provide detailed information, such as the date of the withdrawal, the broker-dealer’s name, address, and contact information, and any names of parties who will still be conducting business in Nebraska. The form must also be signed and dated by an authorized representative of the broker-dealer.
