Description

The ATV form facilitates the sale of a four-wheeler in Minnesota, ensuring a legal transfer of ownership between the seller and the buyer. It includes key features such as detailed identification of the vehicle through its manufacturer, model, and serial number, which are crucial for distinguishing the item sold. Additionally, the seller disclaims any warranties regarding the vehicle's condition, emphasizing that it is sold 'as is.' To fill out the form, users need to include the sale price, the names, and addresses of both parties, and signatures to finalize the transaction. It is essential for the seller to have the document notarized for it to be legally binding. This form is particularly useful for attorneys, partners, and associates involved in transactions, as well as legal assistants and paralegals who require a reliable tool for vehicle sales. It also serves ATV owners looking to sell their vehicle while ensuring all legal requirements are met without complications.
