Age Requirement: All Guests must be 18 years or older to make guest room reservations and be 16 years and older to be accommodated at the Resort and to visit any of the restaurants or bars at Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive.
Hotel Reservations & Billing You must be 18 years old to book a room at one of Baha Mar's three hotels.
If in doubt, check the hotel's terms and conditions on their website or call in advance and ask. Internationally, this minimum age of 18 is commonplace but certainly not true of all hotels in all countries. Many hotels across the Middle East and Africa enforce a minimum booking age of 21.
Minors or those under 18, traveling in the Bahamas need additional documents as well. If a minor is traveling without their legal guardian or parent, they must have a signed and notarized letter of consent from their guardian to travel outside the US.
If you are not a staying at the Baha Mar resort, a day pass ticket is required for entry.
