APPLY FOR HOUSING ONLINE Log in to my.ucf. Navigate to Student Self Service > Housing > Housing Portal. Select your semester, campus, and agreement type. Create your profile. Sign the terms and conditions. Submit your prepayment to complete your application.
For Fall agreements, $150 of the $250 prepayment is refundable if the agreement is canceled by May 1. For Summer B housing agreements, the $100 prepayment is non-refundable. If a space in housing is not offered for any agreement, the prepayment will be refunded.

Online Work Order Directions Go to .fo.ucf. Click on the “Work Request Form” button. Log in with your NID and password. Click the “Submit a Work Request” button. Follow the prompts on screen. Once submitted, a work order is then created and assigned.
Some people stay in Towers after freshman year but it's rather expensive. I'd estimate 25% or less live on campus, most of which would be freshman. UCF is definitely known as a commuter school and on-campus housing options are pretty limited and hard to get since it's based on a raffle system if you're not a freshman.

Knightflix can be accessed in your room and common spaces in residence halls (IP proximity) using your NID and password. Knightflix has a large selection of streaming movies and also includes short videos that communicate important university information and announcements.
It is UCF Housing's newest community and opened in fall 2019. The 15-story structure is within walking distance of the Amway Center, Camping World, and the Bob Carr Theatre. UnionWest is a high-rise complex that combines academic classrooms (floors 1 through 5) and residential spaces (floors 6 through 15).
