In This Section. On behalf of Orange Coast College and the department of Housing & Residential Education (HRE), I would like to welcome you to The Harbour at OCC. We are excited to be one of the first Southern California community colleges to offer on-campus housing for students.
A student enrolled in 7 credit hours or less must live off campus unless s/he is enrolled in the OCC/MSSU dual degree program. Otherwise, in order to live in the residence halls, special approval from Student Life is required.
OFF CAMPUS HOUSING RESOURCES We provide shared and private bedrooms, along with amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and barbecue area.

You may consider opting to have a roommate assigned to you, which is an easy way to meet someone new as you start your UVA journey! If you do want to request a roommate, preferences must be mutual and designated on your housing application during the roommate preference phase of the application process.
For on-campus dorms, you can submit your housing application as soon as September, before you're even admitted to UF.

At your scheduled appointment time, you will select your building and room preference in the Housing Portal. If you are in a roommate group, the student with the earliest appointment time among their roommates may select housing assignments on behalf of the entire roommate group for the same room/unit.
Residents on the Lawn must be full-time undergraduate degree applicants in their final year of undergraduate study at the University. Students enrolled in a joint bachelors/masters degree program may apply to live on the Lawn if they will receive their bachelor's degree in May of their year of residency.
A Student cancellation request must be expressly authorized by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, must be made via the Housing Portal, and must result from one of the circumstances set forth in this Article 4. The University may, within its sole discretion, deny all other cancellation requests.
