For students that are 100% eligible under the Post 9/11 GI Bill®, the VA's current tuition and fees cap for the 2023 - 2024 academic year is $27,120.05. The tuition and fees cap of $27,120.05 is for the entire academic year, NOT semester, and is based on each student's eligibility percentage.

10 Year Rule: This rule stipulates that VA cannot entirely revoke your rating for a condition that you have had for a sustained period of 10 years. It is possible for VA to reduce the rating, however, based on evidence gathered from C&P exams.
