FAQ

Statements for personal credit card accounts are typically issued once a month, depending upon your account activity and if you have made a payment or have an outstanding balance on your account. Credit card statements are mailed, but you can switch to electronic statements (eStatements) at any time.

You can access your credit card statement online. Simply log in to your online banking account, or sign in from the app, and you should be able to view your statement from the menu. For more details on how to do that, it's best you call the number on the back of your card.

Your monthly credit card statement is a record of your recent transactions, activity, and any applicable fees and interest charges. Credit card companies and banks typically mail out your monthly statement after the end of your billing cycle.

Members now have access to electronic statements for their Trust and Business Accounts through their personal account log in via Online Banking. Simply click on the Estatements tab to get started.

Log in to Online Banking and navigate to your credit card Account details page, then select the Statements & Documents tab. You'll have access to your credit card statements and also be able to request paper statements.

You'll typically get an email each month when your statement is ready, and you can access it securely by logging into your account. If you can't manage to find one of your statements online, you could also call in to your card issuer's customer service line and request a copy of the statement you need.
