Applying for Graduation: Deadlines and Instructions Students must apply online (through Academica) for graduation before the fourth week of classes of the term in which they are completing all requirements for their degree.
Go to Academica and click on Student Resources. Click on Course Participation Status, find the class for which you received a PIN, and type it in. Your instructor will receive notice in the system, and will confirm your participation.
Go to myWSU, Student Center. Click on 'Grades' in the drop down bar. Then click on the double arrow.
To view your midterm or final grades: Login to Academica. Select Student Resources. Select Student Records.
Grades and unofficial transcripts can be viewed on the Student Center at My Sac State. In order to access your online student record and online course content you will need a SacLink account. All registered students may set up a SacLink account online.
Once your grade for a class has been posted to your transcript, you will be able to view it in Academica. You will need to know your Wayne Access ID (e.g. az1234) and password to log in to Academica.
D2L Grades at MSU Students access their grades under Assessments > Grades and can only view and print grade items; instructors can also access the gradebook from here and will have the same range of options that are available within Course Admin.
A candidate for a degree or certificate must complete an Application for Degree or Certificate through Academica no later than the fifth week of classes of the semester in which he or she expects to complete the requirements for the degree. Consult the university academic calendar for dates.

To submit a withdrawal request: Log in to Academica > Student Resources > Registration > Course Withdrawal. You must submit a separate request for each class.
