Occupancy of a building without a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is a code violation and will result in enforcement action by this department, which may include filing complaints with the Nevada State Contractors Board, the Clark County Department of Business License and the issuance of a misdemeanor citation.
Completion Report means the final report prepared by the Consultant at the completion of the Services (for detailed requirements refer to Appendix 1, Scope of Services).
Sheds over 200 square feet require a building permit. All sheds must comply with zoning setbacks.

Students planning to transfer to another college or to a university should determine the transfer institution's policy on pass/no pass grades before choosing this option at Clark. A "pass" grade ("S") is granted only if students pass the subject with a satisfactory grade of "C" or better.
Admissions preference is given to those who have a cumulative and core GPA of a 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale. Clarke is test-optional; we will provide an admission decision without a test score. This allows applicants the option to either submit or not submit their SAT or ACT scores for the admission process.
