Karliah and Brynjolf have traveled to Irkngthand in their pursuit of Mercer Frey. They want the Dragonborn to meet them there. Inside they need to locate and eliminate Mercer and take the Skeleton Key he has stolen from Nocturnal.
You can't marry her in the vanilla game. She can't even become a follower in the vanilla game. But I assume there are mods to change that.

Go to the ragged flagon and speak with brynjolf. Karliah should meet you there.
Walkthrough. Make your way to Snow Veil Sanctum and have a chat with Mercer who is waiting outside. Mercer will inform you that Karliah is hold up inside Snow Veil Sanctum, so lead the way to the door, which Mercer will unlock, and head inside.
Speaking With Silence is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is offered by Mercer Frey immediately upon completion of "Scoundrel's Folly" in which the Dragonborn must accompany Mercer Frey, guildmaster of the Thieves Guild to Snow Veil Sanctum to find and confront Karliah.
A possible solution is to go to the Flagon and move her via console commands: prid 00058F1A to select Karliah, followed by moveto player to move her to you. You may need to manually advance the quest as well with setstage tg07 20 .
Hard Answers is a Thieves' Guild quest received from Karliah after completing the quest Speaking with Silence.

To do this, you have to get your plate, hold it flat and facing you (close to the wall but not touching it, because if you do it will glitch inside of the gate and you can't get through), and then use Whirlwind Sprint into the plate and through the gate.
