Description

The Boat Rental Agreement with Waiver and Release of Personal or Property Damage and Indemnification of Lessor for Damage to Boat or Equipment outlines the key requirements for renting a boat in Oakland. This form establishes a clear rental term, specifies the rental fee, and defines the designated waters for use. It emphasizes the importance of proper use, detailing unacceptable practices such as carrying excess passengers or using the boat for illegal purposes. Additionally, the agreement requires that all necessary lifesaving equipment is on board and in good condition. It also includes provisions for liability and medical insurance coverage.
