With more than 23,000 acres of water and beautiful, unblemished desert landscape, Lake Pleasant Regional Park is one of the most scenic recreation areas in the Valley. There are a number of adventures to embark upon including kayaking, fishing, scuba diving, camping, stargazing and even scorpion hunting.
Location & Directions. It is located a short distance off Highway 101 in Beaver, ten miles north of Forks. Turn off Highway 101 onto West Lake Pleasant Road (at the Lake Pleasant Grocery) and travel a third of a mile on West Lake Pleasant Road to Lake Pleasant County Park, on the right.

The upper parking area is open for day-use activities (no camping) daily from a.m. until p.m., unless otherwise posted. The middle parking area is open for day-use activities daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. seasonally, from January thru March.
